I think that it provides the most reliable audio and video quality for a very accessible price that no other competitors do and that’s why I chose it and my experience has been pretty good. Overall: I think that GoTo Meeting is the best service for meetings out there right now. Besides, I have experienced some bugs such as my screen freezing during meetings but it has only happened a couple times and it doesn’t really affect our communication in any way, but it’s still worth mentioning. I also would like to see more improvement done in the mobile app, as I find that it’s not very robust or intuitive to manage meetings as an admin in the mobile app because there’s too many tools, making it difficult to supervise everything from a small screen such as a smartphone. I also like that the meetings can be scheduled and put in everyone’s calendar so everyone is aware of our next meeting.Ĭons: I would like to see more integrations with GoTo Meeting, like Chanty, because it would allow us to simplify our workflow and start meetings with GoTo right from our team chat. I like that the recordings are kept on the cloud, which ensures that these files won’t get lost or leaked and everyone in our team can access them whenever they want to. Also, highlighting things helps us brainstorm new ideas for our next projects and start from scratch with ideas that everyone can communicate on call. It is an important part of our communication process and I really like using these tools as I feel that it helps me break down the information better. When screen sharing, I am able to access multiple tools that make the experience of communicating anything more efficient, such as the variety of drawing tools and boards to talk about any important topic step by step.

I also like that the admin controls are simple and it works when hosting a meeting and supervising all the users that join. Creating meetings or webinars is really simple and it’s just a few clicks away, as well as inviting everyone else to join and I like that it’s a really simplified process. I like that recorded meetings are available for whenever anyone wants to access the recording. The ability to record every meeting is wonderful, we can make sure every participant will be able to still be informed through seeing the recording if they missed the meeting, or if they arrived late to the meeting and missed initial information. I find that it requires less bandwidth than other solutions for it to run smoothly, which is an advantage that I like. Even if any of us have a slow network, the meeting remains stable and everyone can communicate effortlessly, and it doesn’t disconnect as soon as there’s a network issue but the user remains on the call for a while without needing to reconnect every time. It provides a great stable service that lets us communicate with each other during our online meetings.
